📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all products are made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you covered. If your order arrives with an issue (misprint, damage, wrong print, etc.), please email us at info@soberteesshop.com within 14 days of delivery so we can quickly make it right. Please include:
- A photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
If your claim qualifies, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds are only issued at our discretion.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because all items are printed just for you, we can’t offer size exchanges. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Where do I send my return?
If your item qualifies for a return or replacement, we’ll give you instructions on where to send it. All returns are processed through our fulfillment partner’s facility. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the return is due to a misprint, defect, or damage, we cover the cost.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong address entered, package refused), the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you’ll need to cover the cost to reship it.
Can I cancel my order?
Because each product is custom-made, we cannot cancel orders once they enter production (usually within 12 hours of purchase).

How long does shipping take?
All orders are printed on demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
Will I receive tracking info?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs and import fees. We cannot accept returns for packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.
